At The Black Impala, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please review our U.S. shipping policy below for details on processing and delivery.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping carrier delays, processing times may be extended slightly. We’ll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. The Black Impala is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at shoptheblackimpala@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
